Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is hiring a Control Room Operator to ensure the efficient operation of Receiving, Batching, Grinding and Mixing, Pelleting and Fat Coating, and Bagging sections, producing high‑quality feeds in a safe, economical manner.

You will coordinate with the Plant Supervisor and QA, operate computerized systems, monitor batching, pelleting, and temperature/steam controls, prepare run tickets and reports, and hand over smoothly to the next shift while upholding safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience in feed milling operation preferred.
• Knowledge in PLC and computer literacy required.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Receiving, Batching, Grinding and Mixing, Pelleting and Fats coating, and Bagging sections.
• Coordinate with Plant Supervisor and QA for product types and formulations.
• Operate computerized batching and pelleting systems, monitor parameters and adjust as needed.
• Prepare run tickets and batching/production reports; provide feedback to maintenance.
