BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Enrolling Patients in the program
• Answering Viber inquiry and sendingacknowledgements.
• Managing Emails.
• Answering Telefax and encodingreceipts.
• Confirms and verifies patientinformation.
• Provides general information to thepatients.

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

• Excellent in oral and writtencommunication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree Holder or with at least 2years of college
• 6 mos. 1 year BPO experience
• Has very good oral and written communicationskills

• No attendance issues if ex-agent
• If ex-agent, good attendance record is a must
