Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation in Pasay is seeking a Category Manager (Group Brand Manager - Marketing) to own brand strategies, drive growth, and steer marketing initiatives across channels. You will translate consumer insights into actionable plans that build market leadership and strong brand equity.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage launches, pricing, promotions, and demand forecasting, and partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable business results in a fast‑moving FMCG setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Brand Management and Consumer Marketing with 1 year in Category/Group Manager level
• Experience managing a team is a must
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing execution, and business analysis
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing is an advantage
• Demonstrates commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and market leadership.
• Turn consumer and market insights into innovative marketing plans and business opportunities.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
• Manage promotions, pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and new product launches to maximize brand performance.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 years of experience in Brand Management and Consumer Marketing with 1 year as Category / Group Manager Level, experience managing a team is a must.
• Currently working as a Category Manager, preferably within the FMCG industry or a related field with people management experience.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing execution, and business analysis.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
• With people management experience.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering results.
