Rua Seguridad Corp. seeks a Category Head – Road Marking Solutions to own the category's growth, profitability, strategy, and operations. The role oversees road-marking materials, pavement marking services, equipment, and partner applicators.

This build-and-own leadership position targets expanding channels, developing new solutions, and driving performance across commercial, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams. Travel to customers, projects, and Rua operations nationwide is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in B2B industrial, infrastructure, construction materials, traffic safety, coatings, or related industries.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a category, business unit, or commercial P&L.
• Proven track record of growing a business or category, not only managing an established portfolio.
• Strong commercial experience in pricing, key account management, pipeline development, customer economics, and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of business profitability, margin, working capital, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and working with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to operate independently and drive results.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customers, field projects, partners, and Rua operations nationwide.

Responsabilidades

• Own the category's P&L, revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, working capital, and overall business performance.
• Develop and execute the overall Road Marking Solutions strategy across materials, services, equipment, and partner channels.
• Protect and grow Rua's core thermoplastic and road-marking materials business while improving pricing, product mix, and portfolio performance.
• Lead the growth and profitability of Pavement Marking Services, including sales pipeline, project backlog, crew utilization, project margins, and service delivery.
• Build and expand a Partner Applicator network to increase market reach and material sales through an asset-light channel.
• Develop Road Marking Equipment as a strategic product and solution offering.
• Identify new markets, customers, products, and business opportunities within road marking, traffic safety, and infrastructure.
• Establish effective pricing, customer segmentation, portfolio, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams to deliver business objectives.
• Build a scalable category organization with clear accountabilities, operating processes, and performance management.
• Develop a 1–3 year category roadmap and ensure execution of annual business targets.
