Job summary

BB INTERNATIONAL LEISURE AND RESORT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION seeks a Surveillance Agent to monitor casino premises via CCTV, observe all activities, and record incidents accurately.

The role includes documenting infractions, reporting to supervisors, coordinating with other departments for actions, and performing hourly camera checks to ensure security compliance.

Applicants must have a college degree or at least 128 units, pass aptitude and background checks, and hold a gaming license.

Qualifications

• College degree or 128 units of college work required.
• Cognitive aptitude exam, drug/alcohol screen, background investigation and gaming license required.
• Must not be color-blind and have no physical deformities.

Responsibilities

• All surveillance agent must remain continuously alert and vigilant in observing and recording all activities in the casino premises.
• Monitor and record infractions and prepare proper documented reports.
• Report any violations of company policies and procedures to safeguard the company interests.
• Observe and uphold gaming and non-gaming operations, collect evidence, and record infractions by casino personnel.
• Record, archive and store evidence using CCTV systems and prepare incident reports.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor and Surveillance Officer for concerns with other departments during apprehensions.
• Conduct regular system inspections in the CCTV room and produce written reports on defects.
• Perform hourly camera walk-through / Punter Scan.
• Other duties as assigned by superiors.
