Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor people on premises using CCTV camera system; respond to suspicious behavior and report security breaches.
• Allocate resources and tasks by responding to telephone/radio requests; monitor task progression and log information.
• Acknowledge, respond and record alarms within the required time frame.
• Maintain Security Access System.
• Coordinate communications during emergencies.
• Maintain and monitor radios and other equipment.
• Provide assistance and information to security operations.
• Assist in training new Surveillance Control Room Associates.
• Perform administrative tasks including reports and statistics.
