Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain effective relationships with internal customers by upholding a professional image, meeting customer requirements promptly, and liaising with other departments to promote the Surveillance department.
• Use discretion in handling difficult situations with assistance from supervisors and contribute to team effectiveness by maintaining confidentiality and a professional image.
• Survey staff and customer activity from the monitor room, ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics, Conduct and Professional Behaviours policy, and report illegal or suspicious activities.
• Monitor and analyze gaming and cash handling activities, including high action, junket activity, count procedures, and point of sale.
• Ensure the integrity of gaming and cash handling functions by observing and reporting procedural violations, reviewing equipment, auditing transactions, and table games hold percentages.
• Evaluate and analyze information from multiple IT sources, respond to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systems, and maintain control and confidentiality of these systems.
• Operate central monitoring and communication consoles, observe gaming and cash handling areas using advanced IT systems, label and store recording mediums, and ensure equipment functionality.
• Work as part of a team by building credibility, sharing knowledge and technical skills, maintaining effective reporting procedures, and providing backup support to team members.
• Monitor, detect, and report irregular, suspicious, and illegal activities, document incidents using recording mediums and electronic reporting systems, and investigate complex incidents.
• Safeguard all confidential information and comply with company policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and department ethics, performing duties to the highest professional standards.
