Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with internal customers and promote the Surveillance department.
• Monitor gaming and cash handling activities to ensure compliance with policies.
• Survey staff and customer activity from the monitor room and report illegal or suspicious activities.
• Operate central monitoring consoles and analyze information from multiple IT sources.
• Work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and providing backup support.
