Job summary
SmartConsulting.net is seeking a commercially driven Casino Manager to own and maximize the performance of our online casino portfolio, covering Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Bingo, Crash, and more, excluding Sportsbook.
The role requires deep understanding of casino KPIs, portfolio optimization, and collaboration with CRM, BI/Data, Risk, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive GGR and NGR growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years online casino/iGaming experience.
- 2–3 years in a Casino Manager, Casino Product Manager, Casino Commercial Manager, Head of Casino, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of multiple casino verticals: Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Bingo, etc.
- Strong understanding of KPIs: Turnover, GGR, NGR, RTP, Hold, Active Players, Retention, LTV, Promo ROI.
- Proven experience managing third-party casino game providers and aggregators.
- Experience collaborating with CRM, BI/Data, Risk, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Own casino revenue and performance across the portfolio.
- Monitor performance by game, provider, category, and player segment.
- Optimize lobby structure, game rankings, categories, featured and trending games.
- Develop testing frameworks and measure game performance.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and aggregators.
- Plan and execute CRM promotions, tournaments, missions, and campaigns.
- Work with Risk, BI/Data, and providers to investigate anomalies and risks.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend revenue-driven product/content.
