Job summary

Westside Resort in Parañaque seeks a Promotions Officer to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of casino promotions. You will supervise the promotions team, coordinate across departments, suppliers, and partners, and ensure a positive guest experience.

You will monitor promotion performance, manage materials and budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance while developing concepts for new campaigns to engage guests and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years in gaming, hospitality, or promotions with a focus on customer service and event coordination.
• Experience in organizing promotional events, coordinating teams, and interacting with guests.
• Ability to develop and present concept papers for new campaigns.
• Flexibility to adjust to different work schedules.
• Complies with the Company's Code of Conduct and other policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Knowledge of products, services, policies and processes.
• Remains professional, helpful and responsive to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of promotions, coordinating departments, suppliers, and partners to ensure a seamless promotion.
• Monitor promotion success by tracking participation and gathering customer feedback to evaluate impact and improvements for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to create promotional materials (flyers, banners, digital content) within budget and on-brand.
• Collect and manage winner documentation, including photos, and ensure prizes are distributed per guidelines.
• Assist in organizing and managing promotional materials and maintaining stock for upcoming events or campaigns.
• Provide leadership and support to the promotions team, set up meetings, and help with event execution.
• Support casino floor staff and resolve issues to maintain a positive guest experience.
