Job summary

Networld Hotel Management Corp. is seeking a Casino Host (Business Development Executive) in Metro Manila. You will develop relationships with casino players, source new clients, and create strategies to increase patronage and revenue.

You will promote services, manage high-value clients, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The role requires a degree in a related field and preferably 1 year in sales or hospitality, with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience in casino, gaming, hotel, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet business development targets.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with prospective casino players and high-value clients.
• Actively source new players through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing casino players.
• Regularly communicate with clients to encourage repeat visits and strengthen loyalty.
• Provide personalized assistance and ensure a positive gaming and entertainment experience.
• Handle client concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to address their needs.
• Achieve assigned player acquisition, visitation, and business development targets.
