Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking an experienced Events and Promotions Manager to lead non-gaming events and promotions, ensuring timely, creative execution for internal and external audiences. You will orchestrate workflow for the events team, supervise project performance, develop an annual calendar, and collaborate across departments to deliver cohesive programs.

Qualifications

Graduate with a BS in Marketing, Advertising or PR or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in events, marketing or advertising.
Experience in project and people management.

Responsibilities

Monitor timely, creative execution of events and promotions for internal and external audiences.
Orchestrate workflow for non-gaming promotions and events teams to coordinate projects.
Supervise team members and track performance of each project.
Develop an annual promotions and events calendar aligned with branding.
Review and approve departmental requests, marketing communications, and customer-facing documents.
Collaborate across departments to deliver cohesive events and promotions.
