Allied Care Experts (ACE) Medical Center - Mandaluyong Inc. is seeking a diligent accounts staff to manage patient billing, receipts, and collections across OPD and in-patients.

You will prepare promissory notes, discharge clearances, post payments to the Daily Collection Report, and handle inquiries. This is a full‑time on-site role in Mandaluyong with responsibilities across financial reconciliation and petty cash control.

• Receive collections and issue Official receipts to OPD patients.
• Receive payments of hospital bills of in-patients and issue corresponding Official receipts based on the statement of account.

Job description

I. Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1. Receive collections and issue Official receipt to OPD patients.
• 2. Receive payments of hospital bills of in-patients and issue corresponding Official receipt based on the statement of account;
• 3. Issues discharge clearance of in-patients.
• 4. Prepares promissory notes of unpaid patients hospital bill and professional fees;
• 5. Prepares and record professional fees of discharge patient.
• 6. Logbook discharge patients and petty cash issued;
• 7. Prepares summary of collection at the end of duty.
• 8. Disburse refund of Philhealth and PCSO payments already paid by the patient.
• 9. Entertains queries of patient.
• 10. Posting collection and deposit to Daily Collection Report.
• 11. Update the check register
• 12. Writing replenished petty cash to the worksheet.
• 13. Arranges PR and OR both used and unused.
• 14. Printing and cutting of discharge clearance
• 15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned to him/her anytime or as needed.
