Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to oversee daily collection reports from retail stores and credit and collection teams. You will ensure receipts are recorded, deposits are timely, and PDCs are transitioned to Treasury for warehousing, while maintaining accurate records in the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or Cash Management.
• Knowledge of cash collections, deposits, PDCs, liquidations, and reimbursements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial transactions.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily collection reports from RT stores and Credit & Collection to ensure all incoming receipts are recorded and dated collections are deposited timely.
• Ensure matured PDCs are deposited to company's account timely.
• Turn over PDCs to Treasury for warehousing.
• Record deposit transactions in the system.
• Accept and record cash received from excess cash advances and non-trade collections.
• Review and validate ROFA assignees' liquidations and submit summaries for replenishment to General Accounting.
• Validate reasonableness of cash advances and ensure timely liquidation by requesters.
• Review reimbursements and check validity of requests.
• Review corporate credit cardholders' liquidation reports and verify claimed expenses.
