Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any business-related course is required.
• At least six months of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
• Good communication and customer service skills are needed to interact with banks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end account enrollment and validate biller and unit details.
• Process timely uploads of PDC and ADA, monitor workflow, and escalate issues.
• Validate PDC records, maintain organized audit-ready files, and coordinate with warehouse banks.
• Schedule and track check and ADA pull-outs and update ageing records accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with notification protocols and maintain delivery confirmations.
• Process PDC deposits and re-deposits; initiate system pull-outs for flagged accounts.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
