Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to report to the Finance Department Head. The role focuses on cash outflows and petty cash management, ensuring accurate processing of bank transactions and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/treasury with 2-3 years in a supervisory role, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. A team-oriented and detail-driven professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/treasury, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Technology savvy, must be proficient in using accounting software.
• Numerate; Analytical; Good problem-solving skills; Logical thinking; Keen to details.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions and uploads.
• Manages special credits.
• Approves direct deposits.
• Importation and payment transaction.
• Prepares (CDV) Cash Disbursement Voucher.
• Accepts and monitor’s PDC’s.
• Monitors’ and encodes bank checks.
• Accepts and receives cash.
• Process transfer of funds.
• Process payment for the company.
• Monitors fund.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
