Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to scrutinize cash transactions, ensure accurate recording, and support daily cash controls in the Bagbaguin, Caloocan area. The role focuses on validation of cash items, advances, liquidations, reimbursements, and cardholder expenses to maintain precise financial records.

Responsibilities

• Review and examine every recorded cash item, per bank and per book, to ensure proper capture and accounting.
• Review cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements, ensuring each item is properly substantiated.
• Review Daily Collection Reports from RT stores and Credit & Collection; ensure receipts recorded, dated collections deposited timely, and PDCs submitted to Treasury for warehousing.
• Ensure matured PDCs are deposited to the company’s account timely.
• Record deposit transactions in the system.
• Accept and record cash from excess cash advances and non-trade collections.
• Review ROFA assignees’ liquidations and submit summary for replenishment to General Accounting for payable processing.
• Validate reasonableness of cash advances and ensure timely liquidation by requesters.
• Review reimbursements and check the validity of requests.
• Review corporate credit cardholders’ liquidation reports and check the validity of claimed expenses.

Job description

Responsible for scrutinizing and examining every recorded cash item, both per bank and per book, to ensure that every transaction is properly captured and accounted for. Handles the review of cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements, ensuring that each item is properly substantiated.

• Reviewing Daily Collection Reports from RT stores and Credit & Collection ensuring that all incoming receipts are recorded, dated collections are deposited timely, and PDCs are turned over to the Treasury for warehousing.

• Ensures that matured PDCs are deposited to the company’s account timely.

• Recording of deposit transactions in the system.
