Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to Case Officers with the completion of Case Officer tasks.
• Providing assistance to the Expert Witness Consultant with the completion of Expert Witness Consultant tasks and assisting from time to time if the need arises with CS/Admin tasks.
• The position is critical in supporting our Case Officers and Expert Searcher.
• Meeting with Case Officers and Expert Searchers to identify list of tasks for the day.
• Completing referral reviews and QA of ECA reports.
• Chasing consultants for reports.
• Completing quote requests for both clients and experts.
• Chasing experts, finalizing reports and, closing referrals.
• Assisting the Expert Searcher with Due Diligence and other tasks.
• Updating query notes and next action dates.
• Proofreading reports for accuracy, ensuring proper spelling and grammar, and logical flow of information.
• Reviewing, sorting and scanning client documentation.
• Formatting draft reports for presentation.
• Sending and chasing correspondence with clients, experts and consultants and other parties.
• Reporting to Senior Case Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
