Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Carrier Sales Solutions Engineer to partner with Service Providers, direct sellers, and Channel Partners. The role focuses on technical pre-sales, strategy alignment, and enabling partners through demonstrations and POC validation.

The candidate will work across the RingCentral ecosystem, including UCaaS, data networking, and security, and will collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive opportunities and co-sell initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS environment.
• Experience selling to Service Providers and channel partners.
• Ability to demonstrate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Align with Carrier and Channel Partners to identify opportunities and define requirements.
• Provide support for RingCentral Sales teams and Service Providers.
• Collaborate with Product to shape roadmap based on field feedback.
• Lead remote and onsite product demonstrations and co-selling activities.
• Develop expert understanding of RingCentral applications and communicate value clearly.
