Qualified candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in cargo or related fields, plus familiarity with CRM tools and BI platforms. The position follows a hybrid work setup in Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Cargo-related training is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ work experience in cargo or related field.
• Knowledgeable in customer services best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM tools including Freshdesk or Salesforce, and SmartKargo MCS.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the designated cargo reservations and customer service team.
• Contribute to achieving cargo revenue targets.
• Ensure implementation of RM and customer service policies.
