Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in port, cargo, or logistics operations preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, ideally with some in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment in handling incidents and operational issues.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily cargo and vessel operations in assigned areas.
• Ensure efficient, compliant handling of cargo, containers, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vessel personnel, port authorities, contractors, and service providers.
• Oversee timely processing of permits, clearances, and operational documentation.
• Monitor equipment readiness and manpower deployment.
• Investigate operational incidents and customer concerns, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Management on special projects and process improvements.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
