Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in student organizations, peer support, research, interviews, or facilitation
• Ability to organize a complicated process into understandable steps
• Strong written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Help design career education lessons, worksheets, and activities
• Map candidate journeys from registration through learning, selection, and employment
• Help improve registration, screening, interview, and follow-up processes
• Prepare candidate-facing instructions and communication materials
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and documenting candidate progress
• Organize feedback from learners, candidates, and partner companies
• Help prepare interview guides and career-reflection activities
• Identify where candidates may become confused, disengaged, or drop out
• Recommend improvements to the candidate experience and internal operations
