We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Executive (Cares) to join our team at United Medicare Pte Ltd, a private healthcare provider. This full-time position is based in Toa Payoh, Central Region. The role is responsible for expanding the client base, promoting the organisation’s services, and managing referrals and administrative support to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Assess clients’ needs and admission requirements to support appropriate service planning and delivery
Partner Business Development/Community Engagement to research on markets, competitors and competitive trends to keep up to date with best practices and identify business opportunities to grow the business
Build and strengthen partnerships with medical institutions, healthcare professionals, government agencies, and community partners to enhance referral channels
Oversee referral management, concierge services, and customer service processes to ensure a seamless experience for residents and their families
Maintain accurate resident databases, develop communication materials, and manage feedback systems to uphold service quality and brand standards.
Contribute to the development and review of policies, procedures, and marketing programmes to support effective operations
Manage departmental budgets, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and ensure efficient use of resources
Provide guidance and coaching to Associates (Cares) and conduct customer service training for administrative staff
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address customer inquiries effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Experience or prior exposure to the healthcare industry and knowledge of relevant regulations is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
