Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, Operations (Home Care) to support planning and execution of community health programmes and engagement initiatives.

You will coordinate outreach efforts to improve health outcomes and help optimise workflows for efficient centre operations. The role collaborates with operational and clinical teams, tracks project timelines and budgets, and provides administrative support for stakeholder partnerships with government agencies and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and execution of community health programmes and initiatives.
• Coordinating outreach and engagement efforts to enhance community health outcomes.
• Assisting in operational planning, workflow optimisation, and process implementation to ensure efficient centre operations.
• Supporting project management activities, including timelines, budgeting, resource coordination, and deliverables tracking.
• Collaborating closely with operational and clinical teams to align project goals and updates.
• Monitoring programme performance and supporting data-driven operational improvements.
• Providing administrative and secretariat support for stakeholder engagements and partnerships with government agencies, social service, and community organisations.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
