Job summary

Raffles Medical Group Ltd in the Philippines seeks an International Concierge Coordinator to manage referral flows and coordinate VIP patient visits at Raffles Hospital. You will liaise with patients and families to ensure a smooth, personalised experience throughout planning and stay.

The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 2 years in a related role, with strong organisational and communication skills and a passion for healthcare service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing referral and facilitating services to increase flow of international patients
• Attend to international and other patients to facilitate arrangements and ensure that they have a comfortable experience in Raffles Hospital
• Provide concierge services that are seamless, helpful and add value to patients and clients, and facilitates linkages through the care continuum
• Maintain a database on international patients to facilitate personalised service and profiling of international patients
• Update concierge menu which consist of a suite of services available for the benefit of the patients
• Manage and handle medical evacuation referrals
• Submit regular reports and ad hoc reports as needed
• Handle general enquiries and respond to customer feedback
• Assist with induction and training of staff

Statement of Purpose

You will manage and co-ordinate the referral and facilitate services for international and VIP patients. The aim is to provide highly customised concierge services to these esteemed patients and their families and ensure a comfortable and well co-ordinated visit or stay with us. He/she also provides excellent liaison service and facilitates services for the patients.
