Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking an onsite CARE Team lead in MOA Pasay with a background in the BPO industry and experience as a trainer, QA, or SME. The role focuses on shaping and driving the CARE Team strategy and related processes to meet client and operational needs.

You will lead the design and implementation of the CARE Team framework, ensuring alignment with language, culture, industry practices, and transaction management.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in the BPO industry.
• At least one year in a trainer, QA, or SME role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team aligned with unit goals.
• Design and rollout CARE Team framework, processes and tools to meet operations needs.
• Convey CARE Team mission to Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
• Champion ongoing enhancement of CARE Team programs using quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit.
• Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
• Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
• Champion the ongoing enhancement of the CARE Team's Programs by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analyses of set objectives, performance outcomes, and industry best practices.
