Job summary

AF Payments Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Card Services Supervisor to oversee card production, initialization, personalization and issuance, ensuring accuracy, security and timely delivery across all card operations.

You will coordinate card defunding, replacement, blacklisting and SAM initialization, maintain data integrity per SLAs, conduct internal audits, and lead a team through coaching and development to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience initializing and personalizing cards.
• Experience in card personalization and card production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee card production/printing and related activities.
• Manage initialization, personalization and issuance of cards.
• Handle card defunding, replacement and blacklisting processes.

Position Summary

The role of the Card Services Supervisor provides technical assistance relative to all card related activities such as card production, initialization, personalization, issuance, defunding and etc. May be involved in Service Transition activities either as an interim or permanent resource.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical responsibility for all Card related Activities

• Ensure Data Integrity and card delivery as per client’s Service Level Agreement and Concessionary Agreement (RAIL)
• Central contact for any card equipment maintenance, printing and card replacements.
• Encode and produce concessionary card applications, replacements, with ad hoc clerical tasks.
• Ensure all documents related to Card Operations activities are filed accordingly and safe kept.
• Conduct internal audits for card processing, checking, approval, release, production process, etc.

  • Manages people and teams based on objectives and goals of the company. Set clear and comprehensive performance goals for individual and team growth.
  • Develops high potential employees to be prepared to handle bigger responsibilities in the future
  • Leads, mentors, supervises, coaches and reviews the performance of individuals regularly with the objective of molding their leadership skills to foster high performance and achievement of company goals
  • Provides real-time coaching and mentoring on disciplinary cases and other matters, where appropriate
  • Provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and advancement of the Group’s mission, goals, activities and initiatives
