The Card Services Associate supports card operations by ensuring accurate processing and timely service delivery, while working closely with internal teams to meet established service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational and technical support for all beep™ card–related activities.
• Ensure data integrity and timely beep™ card delivery in accordance with client SLAs and Concession Agreement requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for card equipment maintenance, replacement, file management, and related concerns.
• Encode and produce beep™ card applications and replacements in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct internal audits for card processing, checking, approval, release, and production processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to address operational issues and ensure seamless card services delivery.

Education and Work Background

• A graduate of any university degree from an academic institution
• Preferably with relevant work experience in operations, customer service, banking, card processing, or administrative roles, including experience in card personalization and production
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are also encouraged to apply
