Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking an operations professional to manage day-to-day card production and delivery processes in accordance with established policies.

The role covers embossing file processing, coordination with external service providers and couriers, inventory control, and continuous process improvements to ensure timely personalization, production, and delivery of new, renewal, and replacement cards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of daily embossing files for card personalization
• Ensures timely production of personalized cards by external service providers and endorsement to external courier services
• Ensures timely delivery of new, renewal, and replacement cards by external courier services following policy
• Ensures credit card inventory for plastics and collaterals and supplies are sufficient
• Manages rate of undelivered cards by coordinating with Credit, Fraud, and Customer care on RTS curing
• Reviews and endorses payment processing of invoices and accruals
• Responds timely to emails, queries and complaints in the ticketing system related to card delivery status and redelivery requests
• Conducts coaching and training of subordinates, handles UAT tasks related to card production, and provides feedback and recommendations
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements and participates in their implementation
• Performs other functions as assigned

II. Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of daily embossing files for card personalization
• Ensures timely production of personalized cards by external service provider/s and endorsement to external courier services provider/s
• Ensures timely delivery of new, renewal, and replacement cards by external courier services provider/s following established policies and procedures
• Ensures credit card inventory for plastics and collaterals and supplies are sufficient to cover business requirements
• Manages the rate undelivered cards to a minimum by ensuring timely coordination with Credit, Fraud, and Customer care on return-to-sender (RTS) curing efforts
• Reviews and endorses payment processing of invoices and accruals
• Ensures timely and accurate response to emails, queries and complaints logged in the ticketing system related to card delivery status and requests for redelivery
• Conducts coaching and training of subordinates handles user acceptance testing (UAT) tasks related to card production and provides timely feedback and recommendations
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements and takes charge and/or participate in the implementation of such improvements and enhancements
• Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
