Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or a related business course.
• 5+ years of experience in a banking institution.
• Strong knowledge of Card Production and Delivery.
• Solid grasp of maker-checker controls and segregation of duties.
• Working familiarity with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and related banking regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Run card production and delivery operations: order, pay for, and monitor blank stock and maintain inventory.
• Tag initial card releases and redeliveries; monitor end-to-end delivery.
• Oversee destruction of spoiled blanks and aged cards.
• Review delivery reports; elevate non-compliance with service provider SLAs.
• Manage courier performance and conduct regular assessments.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to card delivery.
• Ensure maker-checker controls with proper segregation of duties and delegated approvals.
