Job summary

Risla Collection Inc. is seeking a diligent Dining Room Supervisor to oversee service quality in our restaurant operations in Taytay, Rizal. You will manage dining room workflows, supervise table assignments, and support staff training to uphold high guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a similar role, strong leadership, and proficiency with Word/Excel and POS systems. Fluency in English and Tagalog is preferred to communicate with guests and team.

Qualifications

• College level or graduate in business-related course.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficient in Word and Excel, and computer-literate.
• Solid knowledge of workplace hygiene and beverage safety.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Tagalog.

• Responsible for supervising dining room operations, ensuring exceptional guest servt

• Oversee table assignments, manage guest requests, assist in training waitstaff and ensure that service standards are consistently met

• Handle complex service situations, communicate closely with the kitchen and management and maintain a smooth, efficient and hospitable dining experience for all guests.

• At least college level or graduate in any business related course.

• Good leadership and management ability.

• At least two (2) years experience in the same position in a reputable restaurant or hotel.

• Computer literate and can operate basic programs; word and excel.

• Knowledge on workplace hygiene and beverage safety.

• Knowledge on Point of Sale (POS) System.

• Excellent mathematical ability.

• Good oral and written communication skills. Can understand and speak Tagalog and English languages.
