Job summary

Job Description

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, calories, ingredients or potential food allergies).
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverwares and glasses.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Regularly check the expiration dates of all pantry items and remove the expired products (follow the first in and first out procedure).
• Taking inventory of pantry items, cutlery, crockery and other F&B supplies.
• Clean and polish the cutleries and follow the cleaning hygiene standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining areas, service stations and pantry area.

Requirements

• At least 2nd year college level in Hotel & Restaurant Management
• Minimum 1-year hotel experience as a waitress (from well-known hotels in the Philippines). Completed training in Food & Beverage Services
• Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage. Attentive, patient, and guest-focused
• Proficient in English. Strong communication and listening skills
• Presentable, no braces and minimum height 160 cm. With pleasing personality and fit, healthy appearance
• Excellent presentation. Willing to work in shifts
