Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is hiring a Cantonese-Speaking Customer Support to support our Hong Kong business. The role provides customer service and administrative support covering fuel cards, loyalty programs, billing, account management, reporting, master data, and retail operations.

The position is at 6750 Ayala Avenue, Makati City with a hybrid setup; first two weeks onsite for training. Work schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, contract through June 30, 2027, with Hong Kong stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Fluent in Cantonese—speak, read, and write Cantonese.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience; 2+ years preferred.
• At least 3 years total working experience, preferably supporting a Hong Kong/Cantonese-speaking environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to decipher and translate handwritten Cantonese into English.
• Willing to work on month-end activities, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Mandarin and English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, including fuel cards, loyalty cards, digital applications, billing, transactions, disputes, and account maintenance.
• Manage StarCard applications, account setup, card delivery, Autopay processing, and related documentation.
• Support customer complaints, escalations, and issue resolution in coordination with Hong Kong stakeholders.
• Process rebates, discounts, tax exemptions, pricing updates, reconciliations, and payment-related activities.
• Maintain customer records, operational documents, master data, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and validate daily/month-end sales reports and management reporting.
• Support loyalty programs, incentives, commissions, and various Sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and Hong Kong counterparts on operational and billing matters.
• Support process improvement, digitization initiatives, and other ad-hoc business requirements.
