Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a customer service specialist for a health and life insurance-focused role. You will respond to calls from existing customers and resolve issues to ensure easy business interactions.

The position offers a weekly salary payout cycle, HMO coverage for you and up to three dependents, and additional benefits including life insurance and a language premium. A fixed graveyard shift and 7-week onsite training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Amenable to fixed graveyard shift schedule.
• Amenable to undergo 7-week onsite training.
• Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines.
• Must hold a tourist visa; if 9G visa, downgrade to Tourist visa.
• Passport valid at least 1 year remaining.

Will be responsible for ensuring extraordinary service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from existing customers, making it easy for them to do business with us, and solving their issues.
