WHR Global Consulting is hiring a Healthcare Customer Support Representative in Quezon City. This full-time onsite role involves shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

The candidate will handle calls, provide information, document interactions, and strive for high customer satisfaction. Qualifications include a college degree or 2 years of college with experience, strong communication, analytical and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate (any course) with or without experience, OR completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of work experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and customer concerns
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document interactions in internal systems
• Meet service quality standards and performance metrics
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
