Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is hiring a Cantonese Bilingual Customer Associate in Makati. The role requires reading, writing and speaking Cantonese, with at least 3 years of experience in a Cantonese-centric environment.

You will coordinate workflows with Hong Kong stakeholders and translate handwritten Cantonese into English. Flexible to month-end cycles, weekends, and public holidays under a 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree.
• Must be able to read/write and speak Cantonese.
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably exposure in a Cantonese-centric environment.
• Exhibits strong workflow coordination and meticulous task tracking with various Hong Kong in-country stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong’s postal-mailing format and the capability to decipher and translate handwritten Cantonese text into English accurately.
• Flexible to work on month-end cycles, weekends, and public holidays at Makati City.
• Amenable to work in 1-year contract.
