Job summary

You will handle retail account transactions, provide product information, and ensure accurate records. English communication is essential; onsite work at IT Park Cebu with a supportive, diverse workplace and ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Graduate or higher (SHS or college level).
• Freshers are welcome to apply; customer service experience is an advantage.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Handle retail account transactions and updates accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product information, billing concerns, and account-related requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures.
