Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines, a Certified Great Place to Work®, seeks an experienced enterprise technologist to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions. You will translate business needs into architecture, lead delivery planning, and drive automation across teams in a dynamic, global IT and BPO environment.

Engage with business, engineering, operations, and security teams to govern architecture, manage risks, and optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, automation, or related technical fields.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise technology solutions in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, integrations, APIs, automation, and modern delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Go, C, or other scripting/programming languages.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, YAML, CI/CD, and systems integration.
• Understanding of security, resiliency, monitoring, and operational supportability.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs, solve complex problems, and drive technical direction without direct authority.

Work Setup

Shift: Day Shift ; 2 days onsite

Must be amenable for1 year Project Based Contract
