J-K Network Services group. in Cebu is seeking a Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative to drive lead generation and sales via multilingual campaigns. This on-site role requires strong Cantonese and good English and offers a dayshift schedule in a dynamic BPO environment.

You will conduct campaigns, manage relationships, and report progress to help meet targets. Salary ranges from Php 70,000 to Php 100,000 with standard benefits typical of the sector.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Cantonese; conversational English required.
• Open to undergraduates or Bachelor’s graduates in any field.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
• Familiar with lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to generate leads and drive sales.
• Communicate and coordinate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English, depending on their language preferences and business needs.
• Track, monitor, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts to support business goals and performance targets.
