J-K Network Services group, a Cebu-based BPO, seeks a Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative to generate and convert leads via cold calls, email, and social channels. This on-site role follows a dayshift schedule, with CRM and Google Workspace used to track activity and forecast results.

Requirements: fluent Cantonese and conversational English; open to undergraduates or Bachelor's graduates with sales or business development experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent Cantonese and conversational English required.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in any course of study.
• Has several years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and inside sales.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and meeting targets.
• Knowledgeable in CRM platforms and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
• Communicate with prospective customers in Cantonese and English, as needed by language preferences.
• Track, monitor, and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to support targets.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English.
• Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Having a good years experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related role, preferably in B2B sales.
• Having experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
