Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and has strong operations management exposure.
• Minimum five (5) years in operations or admin management, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in an educational institution is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day school campus operations and coordinate admin/support divisions.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Ensure safety, security, compliance, and risk management across campus.
• Manage facilities, procurement, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and monitor KPIs.
• Lead and coach operational staff and drive process improvements.
