Job summary

Thames International School Inc. seeks an Assistant Lecturer to serve as the operational backbone for dynamic courses, handling logistics and administration so lead lecturers can focus on teaching, feedback, and student discussions.

You will facilitate small-group activities, monitor attendance and progress, organize LMS materials, manage equipment, and assist with communications and assessment processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; education field preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with undergraduates and manage academic requirements.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

Classroom facilitation and engagement support for group activities and workshops.
Record attendance, monitor group membership, and track project milestones.
Organise course materials on LMS and manage submission deadlines.
Troubleshoot classroom tech and manage physical materials for activities.
Perform preliminary administrative checks on submissions using rubrics and prepare outputs for lecturers.
Respond to routine procedural questions and relay lecturer-approved announcements.
