You will coordinate staff, student services, and facilities while implementing policy and reporting to senior management. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school setting.

Formación

• At least 2-3 years of experience in school administration.
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of a school branch, ensuring smooth administrative functions.
• Act as primary campus contact, supporting the school's mission and student-centered learning.
• Manage daily operations including staff coordination, student services, and facilities oversight.
• Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Implement school policies and systems at the branch level.
• Serve as liaison between main office and branch; ensure communication of directives.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance, and performance records with registrar/academic team.
• Handle parent and student concerns professionally and timely.
• Ensure campus safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and campus maintenance needs.
• Prepare regular reports on campus performance and needs for senior management.
