Job summary

Primer Group of Companies is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure successful execution of brand campaigns and digital initiatives. You will coordinate among cross-functional teams, manage key client relationships, and track performance to drive growth and on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in e-commerce or digital/online activities or account management.
• Proven experience in managing accounts and handling key relationships is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure projects are executed on time and meet performance goals.
• Provide direct support for platform management, sales operations, and project execution.
• Support the execution of key brand initiatives, campaigns, and digital strategies.
• Track and monitor daily performance against targets, providing suggestions for improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and maximize account performance and involvement in campaigns.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams (sales, digital, operations).
• Perform regular analysis of account and operational performance to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documents, reports, and updates for projects.
