Job summary

DBS India seeks an experienced Campaign Ops Developer to own and execute marketing campaigns across Consumer Banking Group teams. You will act as a single point of contact for communications and ensure campaigns follow approved CRT with zero errors.

You will utilize Unica and other enterprise tools to maximize data-driven campaign features, perform QA, and deliver timely results. Strong SQL skills and cross-team collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/PG in CS/IT required or preferable
• Extensive experience with at least one Enterprise Marketing tool (Unica/Adobe Campaigns/Oracle Eloqua) is essential
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in marketing technology and campaign ops

Responsibilities

• Create campaign lists per approved CRT
• Adhere to Campaign ToR to ensure zero error rate
• Execute daily interactive workflow with QC (Maker-Checker)
• Leverage Unica and other platforms to maximize feature usage
• Design, QA, and execute campaigns on time per marketing needs
• Prioritize multiple business-critical tasks in an agile environment
