Job summary

Aventis Technologies PTE LTD seeks an early-career CVM Operations professional to support day-to-day campaign execution, monitoring, production support, and platform development. You will collaborate with CVM Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to drive platform growth.

You’ll write and optimize SQL queries, help configure customer journeys, and develop dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to track campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years in Telecom CVM Operations, Production Support, Campaign Operations, CRM/Marketing Operations preferred.
• Strong SQL writing, debugging and optimization skills.
• Basic understanding of segmentation, campaign workflows, customer journeys, and offer management.
• Exposure to APIs and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Willingness to work in production support with on-call shifts.
• Exposure to telecom lifecycle campaigns is a plus.
• BigQuery knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic scripting (Python, shell) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and validate CVM campaigns across customer lifecycle stages.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for CVM campaign platforms including incident triage within SLA.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Configure and test customer journeys, segmentation logic, and offer/campaign workflows.
• Develop and enhance campaign platform components: scripting, workflow config, API/integration testing.
• Perform data accuracy checks and event tracking validation before/after deployment.
• Log, track, and manage incidents; maintain docs for recurring issues and fixes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology on data pipeline issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports for campaign performance using BI tools.
• Escalate defects or outages to vendors/platform teams.
