Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Campaign Administration Team Lead to oversee the Campaign Administration Team across Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, and IVR campaigns. You will coordinate with Clients and Vendors, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to support client service goals.

You’ll lead real-time campaign monitoring, adjust pacing, analyze lists and targeting, and collaborate with IT and Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary in digital/analytical field preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of analytic experience with ETL, inventory management, database querying, digital/omnichannel strategies or equivalent work/education.
• No personal certifications, licenses, or registrations required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaigns for all channels in real time and coordinate with IT/Operations to adjust for client service fulfillment.
• Track metrics such as idle time and agent counts and adjust pacing for volume.
• Manage targeted lists, time-zone leads, and callbacks; filter in/out as needed.
• Review and adjust redial logic and attempts.
• Support helpdesk with desktop, dialer, and network issues.
• Review reports to manage list exhaustion and dialing hours; advise on staffing shifts.
• Conduct list analysis and provide feedback for performance analytics.
• Estimate dialing hours for new lists based on prior trends.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify campaign leakage and drive improvements.
• Champion company values and programs; perform other duties as assigned.
