Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Campaign Administration Team Lead to oversee the Campaign Administration Team across Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, and IVR campaigns. You will coordinate with Clients and Vendors, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to support client service goals.

You’ll lead real-time campaign monitoring, adjust pacing, analyze lists and targeting, and collaborate with IT and Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary in digital/analytical field preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of analytic experience with ETL, inventory management, database querying, digital/omnichannel strategies or equivalent work/education.
• No personal certifications, licenses, or registrations required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaigns for all channels in real time and coordinate with IT/Operations to adjust for client service fulfillment.
• Track metrics such as idle time and agent counts and adjust pacing for volume.
• Manage targeted lists, time-zone leads, and callbacks; filter in/out as needed.
• Review and adjust redial logic and attempts.
• Support helpdesk with desktop, dialer, and network issues.
• Review reports to manage list exhaustion and dialing hours; advise on staffing shifts.
• Conduct list analysis and provide feedback for performance analytics.
• Estimate dialing hours for new lists based on prior trends.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify campaign leakage and drive improvements.
• Champion company values and programs; perform other duties as assigned.

AIC Phil LLCA Campaign Administration Team Leader will oversee the activities of all members of the Campaign Administration Team in on order to help the business operation and support various campaigns: Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, IVC and IVR. This involves communication with internal Operational and Support Staff, in addition to external such as Clients and/or Vendors. The Campaign Administration Team Lead will monitor and review campaigns making adjustments where required, in addition to the deployment and administration of new campaigns. The Campaign Administration Team Lead is also responsible to work with Helpdesk in the event any overflow is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor campaigns for all channels including inbound/outbound voice, SMS, email and automated alerts in real time, to identify issues, and liaison with IT/Mission Control/Operations in order to adjust where needed for client service fulfillment and strategies
• Watch campaign for metrics including idle time, number of agents and adjust pacing as required for volume
• Manage which lists are being targeted, leads by time zone, callbacks scheduled vs. fresh leads, and filter in/out where needed
• Review and recommend adjustments to redial logic and attempts
• Identify and support helpdesk with desktop, dialer and network issues
• Review reports to understand and manage list exhaust, project dialing hours remaining before list is done, and advise where we need to shift agents
• Perform list analysis, contact wise and provide feedback/suggestion to applicable staff to include in performance analytics
• Project dialing hours when new lists are received based on previous 3 lists of trending
• Work with Operations to helping identify campaign leakage for continued operation and business improvement
• Champion company core values and other company programs
• Other duties as assigned

Education

High School Diploma

Post-secondary education in an digital and/or analytical field is preferred

Experience

6 months – 1 year experience in an analytic role with focus on ETL, inventory management, database querying, digital/omnichanel strategies or equivalent work experience/ education experience.
