Qualifications

• Campaign, data entry, admin, marketing, or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Accurate typing and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and online platforms.
• Able to follow processes and approval steps consistently.
• Professional, friendly tone when responding to contacts.
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain contact lists, including names and phone numbers, in the campaign platform for various campaigns and clients.
• Review contact data for accuracy, duplicates, and formatting before each campaign.
• Draft new campaign messaging or select from approved templates.
• Submit messaging for review and obtain approval before any campaign is sent.
• Schedule and send campaigns according to the approved timeline.
• Monitor incoming responses and reply promptly using approved guidelines.
• Flag questions, issues, or opportunities to the appropriate team member.
• Keep simple records and reports of campaign activity and response outcomes.
