Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years BPO experience as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Coach.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strategic thinking.
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to inform business decisions.
